Types of cooking classes :
Following are some details about the different cooking classes in New Delhi. Our guests can pick and choose different classes or types of dishes they want to learn according to their needs. These cooking classes can have a different menu at certain times of the year depending upon time of season and availability.
Indian cooking class: Half Day

Duration : 5 hours Dishes:

Rice Pulao
Roti and Paranthaa(Indian breads)
2  lentils  dishes
2 vegetable dishes
3-4 Indian snacks samosa, pakoda (with different fillings)
1-2 Desserts :  halwa and/or kheer
Drink: Lassi (Sweet, Salty or flavoured) or Aam Panna

Cost: Rs 7500 per guest. INR 6500 on buying 2 or more slots.
Indian cooking class: Full day
Duration: 9-10 hours
Dishes :

2-3 vegetable dishes and/or curries
2-3 Lentil dishes
Rice.  Steamed and pulao or biryani.
Indian breads (rotis, naans and paranthas)
4-5 Indian snacks like  samosa, poha, pakoda, chaat, kachori of different types
3 -4 Desserts : Kheer, halwa, mithai (Indian sweets)
2-3 drinks: Lassi (salty and sweet), Aam panna

Cost: Rs 12000 per guest and Rs 1000 on buying 2 or more slots.
Non-Vegetarian Indian Dishes
If guests want to learn to cook Indian meat dishes, they can add a few according to their own preferences.

Meat curries like Butter Chicken, Mutton curry etc for Rs 1200 for 2 dishes
Kababs and other barbeque dishes Chicken Tikka Masala, for Rs 1500 for 2 dishes

South Indian Food
Certain signature South Indian dishes like  Masala Dosa, Idli, Uttapam, Rasam can be included for Rs 2000

We offer four different food tours in New Delhi.  Their average duration is 2, 4, 6 and 9 hours and can begin between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm depending upon factors like availability, weather, day of week etc. The food in these food tours is sourced from some of the oldest and best eateries in the city and is completely safe for everyone. It is possible to customise the food items to suit dietary requirements of the guests like vegetarian and dairy intolerance.  These food tours help you taste some of the best food that India has to offer and also a great choice for some offbeat sightseeing and city exploration with a local person.
1. Delhi Food Tour 
Duration : 6-7 hours
Food: Vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. 17-20 dishes from 7-9 places. Equal to one meal plus snacks.
Cost: INR 5200 per ticket on purchase of 2 or more tickets. INR 6000 for solo guest.
Make the tour private just for you or your group for INR 1000 per guest.
Places: Old Delhi and New Delhi both
Best for: Tasting old fashioned traditional as well as modern food from Old Delhi and New Delhi both. It also includes some sightseeing in New Delhi.
2. Full Day Delhi Food Tour
Duration : 9 hours
Food: Vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. 22-25 dishes from 12+ places. Equal to two meals plus snacks.
Extra: Includes free short tea tasting session.
