India Food Tour is operated by Solution Unlimited. These Terms & Conditions apply to tours, travel packages, food experiences, cooking classes and other travel services booked through www.indiafoodtour.com or directly with our team.
By making a booking or payment, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed only when:

We receive the required payment or deposit; and

We send you a booking confirmation.
An enquiry or quotation does not confirm a booking.
The person making the booking is responsible for providing correct information for all travellers included in the booking.
2. Prices
Prices are based on the services, travel dates and number of travellers mentioned in your quotation or booking.
Prices may change before confirmation due to changes in:

Transportation
-
Government taxes
-
Monument fees
-
Supplier rates
-
Exchange rates
-
Other travel-related costs
Once your booking is confirmed, any changes requested by you may result in additional charges.
3. Payments
Payment can be made using the payment methods offered on our website or communicated by our team.
Your booking will be treated as paid only after we successfully receive the payment.
Your bank, card company or payment gateway may charge additional transaction or currency-conversion fees. These charges are outside our control.
4. Balance Payment
Some bookings may require a deposit followed by a balance payment.
The payment schedule will be mentioned in your quotation or booking confirmation.
If the required payment is not received by the due date, we may cancel the booking and apply the applicable cancellation charges.
5. Your Travel Information
You are responsible for providing correct information, including:

6. Tour Itinerary
We make every reasonable effort to operate your tour according to the confirmed itinerary.
Sometimes changes may be necessary because of:

Restaurant availability

Where possible, we will arrange a suitable alternative.
Small operational changes do not normally qualify for a refund.
7. Hotels
Hotel names or categories mentioned in your itinerary are based on availability at the time of booking.
If a confirmed hotel becomes unavailable, we may offer a similar alternative.
Standard hotel rules regarding check-in, check-out, extra beds, children and room occupancy will apply.
8. Transportation
The type or category of vehicle will be based on your booking and group size.
A particular vehicle make or model cannot always be guaranteed.
Travel time may be affected by traffic, road conditions, weather or local restrictions.
9. Food Tours and Allergies
Please tell us about any food allergy, intolerance or dietary restriction before your tour.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate your requirements to restaurants, guides and food vendors.
However, many food experiences take place in traditional kitchens, markets and restaurants where ingredients may be handled together.
We therefore cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Guests with serious allergies should carry any medication recommended by their doctor.
10. Health and Mobility

12. Travel Insurance

15. Cancellation
All cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellation charges are explained in our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Special cancellation conditions may apply to certain hotels, flights, tickets, activities or customised bookings.
16. No-Show and Unused Services
No refund will normally be given if you:

Do not arrive for your tour;

Arrive after the tour has departed;

Leave the tour early; or

Decide not to use an included service.
17. Customer Behaviour
Travellers are expected to behave respectfully towards guides, local communities, restaurants, hotels and other travellers.
We may stop providing services to a traveller whose behaviour is unsafe, abusive, unlawful or seriously disruptive.
No refund will normally be given in such cases.
18. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, changes or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

We will make reasonable efforts to assist you and arrange alternatives where possible.

Customers may receive access to booking information, itineraries, vouchers and other travel documents through their India Food Tour account or by email.
You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.
Travel documents supplied electronically should be checked before travel.
Please tell us immediately if you notice an error.
20. Website Content
We try to keep information on IndiaFoodTour.com accurate and up to date.
Tour descriptions, photographs, itineraries and prices may occasionally change.
Images are for reference and actual services may differ slightly.
21. Intellectual Property

may not be copied or commercially used without our written permission.
22. Complaints
If you experience a problem during your tour, please inform your guide or our team immediately so that we have an opportunity to resolve it.
If the matter is not resolved, please contact us in writing after the tour with your booking details.
23. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
