Welcome to India Food Tour.

India Food Tour is operated by Solution Unlimited. These Terms & Conditions apply to tours, travel packages, food experiences, cooking classes and other travel services booked through www.indiafoodtour.com or directly with our team.

By making a booking or payment, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only when:

  • We receive the required payment or deposit; and

  • We send you a booking confirmation.

An enquiry or quotation does not confirm a booking.

The person making the booking is responsible for providing correct information for all travellers included in the booking.

2. Prices

Prices are based on the services, travel dates and number of travellers mentioned in your quotation or booking.

Prices may change before confirmation due to changes in:

  • Hotels

  • Transportation

  • Monument fees

  • Supplier rates

  • Exchange rates

  • Other travel-related costs

Once your booking is confirmed, any changes requested by you may result in additional charges.

3. Payments

Payment can be made using the payment methods offered on our website or communicated by our team.

Your booking will be treated as paid only after we successfully receive the payment.

Your bank, card company or payment gateway may charge additional transaction or currency-conversion fees. These charges are outside our control.

4. Balance Payment

Some bookings may require a deposit followed by a balance payment.

The payment schedule will be mentioned in your quotation or booking confirmation.

7. Hotels

Hotel names or categories mentioned in your itinerary are based on availability at the time of booking.

If a confirmed hotel becomes unavailable, we may offer a similar alternative.

Standard hotel rules regarding check-in, check-out, extra beds, children and room occupancy will apply.

8. Transportation

The type or category of vehicle will be based on your booking and group size.

A particular vehicle make or model cannot always be guaranteed.

Travel time may be affected by traffic, road conditions, weather or local restrictions.

9. Food Tours and Allergies

Please tell us about any food allergy, intolerance or dietary restriction before your tour.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate your requirements to restaurants, guides and food vendors.

However, many food experiences take place in traditional kitchens, markets and restaurants where ingredients may be handled together.

We therefore cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
